STRIDE Fitness

Started going here when one of my favorite coaches, coach Kaily left the gym I first started taking her classes at. She went here, told me to check it out. I was hesitant because I have never been a runner, HATED running! But took that first free class and I didnt die, and came back for a few more and Ive been coming about once a week since and am now training for the Rock n Roll half!! Everyone there is so positive and motivating. I mostly take Kailys classes, but all the coaches are amazing! Highly recommend even if you arent a runner!

I started my running journey with stride fitness little Italy! My first class was free and Ill be honest, I was thinking it was going to be a one and done deal. I did my first class and had so much fun!! I signed up for a membership that day. All of the coaches here are AMAZING! I am now registered for the rock n roll half marathon in June, something Id never thought Id be even open to do doing. My running journey has been so incredible, thank you to my STRIDE FAM!!!

If you want to become a better runner this is the place!! The trainers are awesome and what started as a trial period cause not sure if I would enjoy running as part of my workouts ended up in signing up for races. Community is great and there is a level for everyone! Set a goal and show up, STRIDE will take care of the rest. Cannot recommend this place enough!
