The parking area was really reserved only for their customers. The guard politely greeted me. The area was properly airconditioned and was very neat. The pharmacist entertained me well. It was this morning I drop by this drug store.

Undependable! I've had my Rx delivered through here several times, sometimes they've taken longer than expected other times it's showed up next day. Pretty tough to gauge. This last time though, I ordered, they called, left a vm 15 min before close trying to arrange a date to send. Just send it! Why do you need another confirmation after I already called in and ordered?! I attempted to pickup next day at their Hcrest location, but the tech confirmed that it was already sent out the day before and to wait for it. 5 days later, I call in and spoke to the RPh or tech today, not gonna name drop, said he's left "several" voicemails and hasn't been able to get in touch. Nice try, you left one, I still have it. And wanted to confirm all the same BS that they already knew. 6 days later, w/o my meds and don't intend to use these guys again.

It's a very secure and supportive drug store. Their service is terrific and very timely. They're all a good pharmacist to deal with. They do wear a grin and respectfully greeted everybody. I highly recommend it to all. Thank you very much for being so warm to your clients.
