Rude, condescending, left me without what I needed, I am in disbelief. A woman with dark long brown hair was very rude to me, first time seeing her there. This is the LAST time I come here.

Staff is knowledgeable and makes sure to be very clear with you but I've had other issues with getting prescriptions on time and I don't know whose fault that is so I don't think that blaming the staff is fair. I had a small issue before that would have taken forever to be resolved at my previous pharmacy but a friend and my doctor had recommended to switch to this Vons; I'm so glad that I did! EDIT: I am not sure if this is an issue everywhere but now, anytime I have a refill due for especially my most important medications, they are a day or 2 late to fill them because the medications are rarely ever in stock and have to be ordered, very, very frustrating. I've had to go to the ER many times recently when they run out of vital medications that are not in stock the day they are due and they have to order them, making the RXs usually a day or 2 late. They are always closed between noon and 1pm for lunch and on all federal holidays but other than that, the hours are very reasonable and usually there isn't a line. Call back if you're hung up on as that does happen at times.
