I can't say enough great things about kahoots and their employees. I've never been to a pet store that cares so much about their human and animal customers. My experience with this store is 4 years strong and have only had positive experiences. The quality of their products is great. Their return policy, also great. But ultimately it is the caring, dedicated, and bright demeanor of their employees that makes this place special.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful! I was appreciative and thankful for the sample packs I was given to try out also. I'm definitely gonna return for my animal needs...

After my boyfriend's mom passed away unexpectedly in December, we took in her dog, Dill. Since then, we have been at this locations multiple times buying dog food or dog treats. Employees are super friendly and welcoming. They always say hi and check if i needed help when I browse thru the store. Today, we swung by to get some dog food and they had a cute Valentine backdrop set up. To the employees who were so nice to us and even gave us some treat for Dill, we're greatly appreciated!
