        Gave me a quote but did not respond when I tried to set up the appointment. I even sent a reminder, which was read...but not replied to. Bizarre....and a waste of time.

        We've used them twice - once when chipmunks managed to find a way into our home, and a second time when bumblebees nested in our concrete block basement wall. Both times they were prompt, informative, and also less expensive than competitors. We hope we won't need their service again soon, but won't hesitate to use them again if needed. :)
