Mariners Pest Control

Scheduled a home inspection 2 days prior and I waited at the property for 25 mins, and they never showed up nor did anyone from their company contact me. They even sent 2 email confirmations regarding the scheduled inspection terrible and unprofessional company. I called their 888 number as I was waiting for them at the property, and nobody answered. DO NOT USE!!!

Thorough inspection by Douglas H, climbed into part of the attic other did not/would not. Repair Team completed repairs and termite treatments. Good quality and fast. Report provided.

I chose Mariners to do treatment and repair of termite damage around my house. I felt Douglas was straight forward and honest. Even though they were more expensive I thought they would do the best job. Well I can't even express the extreme disappointment in using this company. They started the work right before Christmas 2021. It started raining and they said they had to stop. Also the truck wasn't working to do the spraying in the attic. When I called to see when they were coming back she said the earliest was after the new year! Are you serious! They left all the stuff on the patio and yard, and would not return for over 2 weeks? When I called Douglas he was extremely rude and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. I honestly think he works commission only, because after he got my contract he didn't care to talk to me again. When they did come back and said they were done with the work, I noticed they didn't paint over 75 percent of the boards on the deck. It took them over 2 months to finally finish the job, and a lot of bugging by me. Mind you it cost me 7300 dollars! I expect way better service. Stay away from this one.
