After taking some time off, I am back to my training routine with Nemezio. It wasn't a difficult choice to return to him because his style of training will get you the results that you are looking to achieve. He holds you accountable throughout the process, but this is due to the commitment that he makes to each of his clients. There are a lot of trainers out there, but Nemezio's actions prove that he is the real deal.

Working with Ezio has been great! The man is such a solid and fun person to be around, and he has been incredibly motivating for me to get back in to my rhythm with training again. I love his unique perspective he brings to the gym with his Jiu jitsu background, so the exercises never get boring. Would recommend him to anyone
