Agreed with all the other 5 star reviews of Anna! And if I could add more stars I would!!!!! Best Trainer in San Diego! First, shes a genius at fitness. She will challenge you with hundreds of different exercises and instantly adapt to your individual needs to find the best movements. Shell find exercises I enjoy but also challenge me with the exercises I hate but need! And never let me get away with not stretching! :) Every session Im also learning new things - new health websites, new fitness authors, new recipes, new healthy places to eat, new superfoods to try, new hiking trails, new places for runs, new Fitness apps, new diet tips and the list gos on. So you are not just getting a personal training session - but also a nutrition class, a health class, and a Best-of-San-Diego class, and more! And when I say and more I mean that. She has her own website and Podcasts and articles from Meal Plans to Restaurant Ordering Guides. And shes always adding to them. So even when Im not training with Anna, Im learning things from her podcast and websites which I can then follow up on in our sessions to learn even more. Second, shes fun! Anna is easy to talk to. She always has a positive attitude. I remember the first time meeting her on a Treadmill at the gym and was like talking to a good friend. Theres never a dull moment with her. Between sets its fun to talk to her. Or during sets when you need to take your mind off the exercise it is easy to talk to her. The hour flies by. I used to always hate going to the gym and hour long sessions or classes would take forever. But with Anna - the time will fly by. I agree with another review that if I could schedule multiple sessions in a day with Anna - I would if I could. Im a very shy, introverted person but Anna brings out the best in me. Third, she is an incredible person with a big heart. She cares about each of her clients, their goals and their well being. She always has positive uplifting messages and lessons. If you are looking for a Drill Sergeant to scream at you the entire session, she may not be the best fit. But if you are looking for someone who will gently push you to your limits, then she is the best fit. Fourth, results! I have been training with Anna for about a month or so. And my InBody result (another App that Anna recommended me) I have lost several pounds in body fat and added several pounds of muscle mass instead. Im eating healthier, replaced some of my junk foods with other foods Anna recommended. I have exceeded all my strength goals this month. And I have a new set of goals for myself next month thanks to Anna. I would write more but Anna said I need my 8 hours of sleep and so I end with . for those above reasons and many many many many others I give Anna my highest recommendation!

An absolutely fantastic trainer. Ive seen good results in a pretty short time and actually enjoy being in the gym and the sessions. Best physical trainer Ive had by far (and Ive had a few). Cant go wrong hiring her.

I have had a personal trainer for the past twenty years, and during that time, I found that all the trainers are different. For me the important aspect of personal trainer is that he/she must be completely attentive to me during the session and not looking at their phones or looking around, knowledgeable, and recall the goals that we have set. I found Anna to be that professional trainer and more. She is best of the best. I highly recommend her.

Anna is the greatest person I have ever met. Anna has been helping me with my lifestyle and mindset which it have been improved enormously. Also, she always has a minute for me if I have a question. She always motivates me to keep moving forward and dont let me go down. We do monthly FaceTime chat in order to keep up in my journey. I highly recommend Anna to help you guys in your journey, you wont regret it. Anna is the best.

Never have I met someone as understanding, skilled, and genuinely fun to work with as Anna. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or are far along the path, Anna is the trainer I would recommend wholeheartedly. She genuinely listens, understands your unique situation, and crafts workouts specifically tailored to your needs. In a world where many trainers might push you to the brink of burnout or even injury, Anna stands out as someone who truly cares about your long-term health and fitness. I cannot recommend her enough!
