I have an exceptional personal trainer at SMTF at the Sports Arena facility- Nate Alice! I have been working with Nate for the past 4 months and he is a fantastic personal training coach. Great facility space to work out in and a comfortable environment. Nate is always very engaged in the session and ensuring that I am executing the workout movements with proper form during the exercises. He describes the movement and encourages both strength and flexibility throughout the full range of motion. He emphasizes strength, flexibility and athletics in his workout routine. He personally customizes my workout sessions to cater to my personal goals. He is helping me to get in the best shape of my life. I highly recommend him!
