Mad Bull Llc

I contacted this company a couple of weeks ago to make a reservation, and Alex sent the information to fill it out by email. I sent the information back to him and we were talking over the email back and forth. I was assuming that everything was fine and 2 days before the day of the party I asked him what time he was going to show up at to the address and he told me that I didn't have a reservation. He tried to tell me that the credit card information I sent him was incorrect. I checked my credit card information and it was correct. I talked to him saying that the information was correct and he told me that my credit card didn't go thru. He then proceeded to tell me that he had already rented out the bull to someone else.This company is very unprofessional, I never received a call or email to let me know about the credit card was not going through.... so I called Citibank and they assured me no attempt to charge had been made or declined by this company, please, if you are looking to rent a mechanical bull, don't look here. once again very unprofessional!!!!!!!

This is a must have for any party!!! Fun for kids and adults. Alex was on time, super nice, helpful, and prices very reasonable. Highly recommended and will definitely book again.

We rented the Bull for our event and it was so much fun! They were at my event before the actual time and were very professional . I would definitely use their services again.
