Im forever thankful for all of the technicians at CT in San Diego!! My son has (seriously) spent half of his life working with the techs. Excellent customer service, all of the girls at the front were always so happy and smiling to see my son at each appointment. Any issue that I had with our helmets was taken care of asap. They truly cared for my son and his wellbeing. I was very nervous going into our helmet journey but it was well worth it!!

We loved our CT team in San Diego! Everyone was always super kind and did a great job answering our questions and making adjustments to the helmet. Our child was only in the Doc band for 5 weeks.

We have to wait for over an hour even with an appointment. It is not fun when you have a baby also missed her nap time. Staffs are nice.

My wife and I brought our baby here per recommendation of our babies doctor and I was a bit apprehensive about the whole thing. Needless to say, everyone at CT was exceptionally friendly, especially the OT Sergio Paz. He was quick to put our nerves to ease by thoroughly explaining all aspects of the cranium and going over our results. He could have simply said everything is okay and sent us on our way, but he took the time to explain and answer any questions we had about what we can be doing for our baby. He truly showed he cared and was there to help. I would highly recommend this facility and Sergio to anyone looking for assistance for their child's cranial head development.

The staff have been great but you have to pay for parking every time you go which is every 1-2 weeks and it adds up quick. Plus we had to pay out of pocket for the doc band bc of an insurance wording issue that they were not willing to modify the verbiage as the insurance requested. Also, the parking spots are so narrow that it is impossible to get an infant seat in and out and sometimes even just to get yourself in and out. Their text check in system throughout Covid has been great and our boy is doing so good in his helmet!
