huh? my wife and i stopped in here today and made an appointment for a consultation. we explained to Jessica that we did not have a referral because we didn't like the dentist and so didn't want this dentist to be involved in implants! she insisted on the name of the previous dentist and just a few minutes after we got home here was jessica calling to say that i would have to return to my old dentist to obtain a referral and that without it, they cannot do my implants.....huh? then tell me of a decent dentist i can go to then. huh? You want the dentist i don't like to make my new teeth for me? that makes no sense and jessica should be fired!

Dr. Andrus and his team were everything I wanted from start to finish while going through my procedure. The office has plenty of parking, the inside of the facility was beautiful, the staff was warm and welcoming, it was a very nice experience from start to finish. I understand that this is a big decision and you want to make the right choice when choosing your dental surgeon. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Dr. Madsen. Implant requiring anesthesia for which he is also professionally qualified, I started and emerged from it instantaneously. Saved  $1500+ as compared to another place where the anesthesiologist would have had to be brought in from outside. Also allowing my primary DDS do the abutment which will save about that amount, prior implant surgeon charged almost as much to do that 2d stage as the 1st tricky part. Nice personnel.

I cannot give enough praise to this establishment.  Dr. Thompson took a fraction of the amount of time it took previous surgeons to do the same amount of work and he did it skillfully.  In addition, he managed my pain perfectly (I can be tricky with this). My acute recovery time only took a day!  Previous experiences had me dealing with acute pain for several days.  Dr. Thompson took the time to answer all my questions prior to and after the procedures. He is a gifted surgeon.  Then there is the staff (clinical coordinator, nurse + front desk)...  They all went out of their way to answer additional questions and requests.  Great follow-through on the post-procedure as well.
