A couple years ago I went here, was having major eye pain, dryness, pressure, redness. I was being tortured by my eyes for months. So I had a million questions for the doctor. The doctor performed the normal eye exam as I was asking questions about my eye pain and the cause. The doctor offered no input on my pain, had no theories, did not offer to follow up, Seemed uninterested and was not interested in thinking outside the box. Go elsewhere, there is no value at this office.

Man we were really hoping to find a good eye care place for our family needs but I have to agree with many 1 star reviews. Their customer service needs to be more professional, Here is my story. I ordered two pairs of glasses and I was told they'll call in couple of weeks, I waited two weeks and called in to check on them and the person who answered told me one pair is shipping today and the second by Friday so I thought they'll call me Monday or Tuesday to go pick them up, I waited until Friday and didn't from them so I called again the following Monday, the person who answered told me I don't see that they have shipped anything let me check and we'll call you right back, that roght back never came and I called for the third time again, she told me let me check with my manager because they have not send your glasses yet, remember this is now week number 4, someone then called me and left me a message and said the same thing like the first person, one pair is coming tomorrow and the second one on Friday. You guested right they never came then I called and told them thiscwill be the last time I call if you can't get my glasses I'll just canceled. You guested again I didn't hear from them for over a week and I here I am being nice and called, now this young lady tells me oh your glasses are here we tried calling you. Sorry we'll find someone else for our glasses needs, no need to deal with this.

UPDATE It has been a year since my first review and things have drastically changed. The customer service was excellent at first, but after being a customer for a year things have declined. Currently I am awaiting the delivery of lenses that I ordered and paid for in early April (it is now July 18th). I have called to check on the status of my order 13 times and each time was told by the person on the phone that they would check on my order and call me back. They have my name and number, but NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK. Now, I have called 3 times to ask for a refund for the cost of the lenses, since I have not received them, and each time I have been told there is not a manager present to process this request. Seems odd. The last time I was physically in the office for my eye exam in April, a woman had an outburst at the front desk and mentioned she had been a customer for years, but was taking her business elsewhere because no one would return her calls. I should have taken this as a warning, now looking back. Take your business elsewhere as they do not understand the meaning of customer service at this location. This was my review from a year ago: The entire staff is incredibly helpful and professional. The office is spacious and clean with state-of-the-art technology. Great selection of glasses too. I highly recommend Total Vision Care.
