Russell has been amazing to work with. He is prompt to answer any questions and very professional. Our install went smoothly and he made sure to keep me updated throughout the process of delivery, set up, and the return of our old machine. He worked with me to make sure I was choosing the machine that was the best fit for our firm. I never felt pressured and he never tried to upsell me on machines that weren't necessary for our needs. I highly recommend working with Russell and the R3 team if you are in the need for printing solutions for your business. I wanted to be sure I chose a reliable business because a day without printing for us would be chaotic and I definitely got that with R3 Business Solutions!

Allan Boxler just helped us replace our office printer that we have used for many years. It was past its prime but we kept using it because R3 and their technicians have been able to quickly and efficiently make any necessary repairs and part replacements. Getting a replacement office copier was so easy and stress free. Allan sent me a quote for the replacement soon after we spoke about the office needs. They had the replacement copier up and running in less than 2 weeks from when I first spoke with Allan.

We have been partnered with R3 Solution for over 5 years now, and we couldn't be happier! We just renewed our lease with them for another 5 years. The replacement of all our copiers couldn't have gone any smoother! No interruption with our work. They are reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy!
