I read the last review and maybe management has changed but I have had nothing but great encounters with Cris. She showed me all the rooms I wanted to see and has answered all of my questions. Happy to be with Well space

I contracted with wellspace before as a massage therapist and it was awesome. The price wasn't high and there were plenty of rooms available. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and Riley ran everything. The reason I'm posting this is because, I just signed back on and immediately regretted my decision. I've decided to cancel my membership within the first two months and let me tell you why. Fatima, the person you have to speak with if you want anything done was terrible. First, she was late to our first meeting where I was supposed to get the keys to the building, not to mention that I was initially overcharged for keys. Second, she gave me the wrong information about getting in a building, leaving me outside wondering why I couldn't get in. I called her immediately for help and she said rudely that she was off work and to email her tomorrow. I emailed her boss, Jeff and told him that I couldn't get in. Long story short, she blamed me for not reading the manual. Turns out, she not only gave me the wrong key but was completely wrong about how to get in the building. How did you get hired? So anyways, I emailed Jeff (her boss) and asked to speak with him. I didn't receive a response so I emailed wellspace and told them about the issue, and asked for the correct key and an apology. Well, I got my apology but it was from the secretary. Thats right... Fatima, Jeff, and no one else even bothered to apologize or remotely address the issue. This is why I'm cancelling my membership. The right thing would have been for Fatima to call and apologize to me but instead, that didn't happen. Advice to others: Unless you feel like dealing with incompetence and rude staff, do not apply.
