I tried to order from this company for something they had on their website, took my money, and wanted to charge me more than what was advertised on the site. This is bad business, false advertisement, and poor customer service. I was contemplating ordering more office supplies from this company but they can't be trusted.

What do you mean ? Question is nonsensical. Right now, we are a public library.
Clary Business Systems, Sam Manzoor, is a great vendor. Worked with us to get the Aeramax air sterilizer units and the filters for these as well. Very professional, great followup. Great support staff. Kept all promises, and we have an adequate number of the Aeramax units.

Hamza was so helpful by suggesting a better and cheaper shredder. I tried ordering a shredder from Office Depot but after a month they said it was out of stock and didn't know when it would be back in stock but still had it on their website as in stock. Hamza was upfront and told me that it wasn't in stock and it was no longer one they recommended. I had my printer within a week and Hamza was able to expedite getting me an invoice since our government office needed it sooner than when they normally send it out. Looking forward to using this company again.

The response by Clary Business Machines to a minor product issue and warranty part replacement was nothing short of amazing. Rarely have I received such prompt, professional and on point product support. Anyone purchasing a product from Clary Business Machines and in the good hands of Mr. Emir Ali can count on great support and service.
