I provide care and companionship to a woman who at the tender age of (95) fell and injured her right hand:( I accompany her to her session(s) with Josh who I can say beyond question is the BEST! Wave Hand Therapy is a top notch facility with talented, caring, and ethical staff. They were crucial in recovering from surgery on the TFCC in both wrists after a motorcycle accident. My first experience with Wave was after leaving a generic PT place who didn't really know hands. Sharon worked with me for 3 weeks before telling me transparently that she didn't think it was helping. I agreed and really appreciated this honesty. I continued discussions with a surgeon and we agreed that surgery was required. OT alone would not solve it. After waiting the amount of time designated by the surgeon, I went back to Wave because I trusted them. Sharon was out on maternity leave so Josh worked with me. He showed a deep understanding of his specialty and always listened. He was very responsive and worked with me as a partner on a long recovery journey that is finally over, and I have regained all function in my wrists. It took a team of three to fully recover. The surgeon, who fixed the ligaments. Josh, who performed regular OT on my wrists and any other part of my body he felt was contributing (arms, shoulders, neck) and to educate me on the exercises I needed to do. And of course I had to do my part day after day month after month. OT is critical, but they can't heal you if you're not an active and committed partner. I am eternally grateful to Josh and Sharon for their work and aiding me in getting my life back after a traumatic accident. And I highly recommend them to anyone who is dealing with wrist or hand injuries.

Sharon is an amazing provider. With her patient help my arm/wrist has healed beautifully. I had a nasty fall and landed on my arm causing a compound fracture of my arm, necessitating surgeries including metal rods and screws. The wrist break was not initially diagnosed, necessitating a second surgery which lengthened one of the rods to connect the wrist. The one rod, now two pieces connected, was healing crooked. There was a painful bump where the connection was coming out of alignment as it was healing. Sharon's skilled hands straightened it out and the result has made it worth every minute. Thank you, Sharon! Therapy here at Wave is more hands-on than any place I've been for any therapy. That's the biggest, most important thing that assists our healing. I highly recommend Wave Hand Therapy!
