After being turned away by another local urgent care due to not having my sons drivers license, we arrived at the Sharp Urgent Care :45 before closing. Joshua and Melina could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They were polite and able to get my twins into an evaluation room in less than :10. They provided us with drinks while we waited and made the whole experience easy and positive. Thank you!

Likely the worst health care system in the world. If you are really sick you might as well just go to urgent care, all appointments are months away; all doctors, nurses, physicians assistants, can't get to you in a timely manner. Lastly, when you bypass the circus, 99% of the time, you're advised to go to the emergency room, as to cover the legal butts of the people that work in the urgent care. By God, healthcare has truly been ruined by bureaucracy. Sharp Reese Steely is a living example.

Nurses in the ob/gyn are rude, and in a bad mood. Took for ever with my paperwork on purpose so I could not get to my lab test on time before they closed. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go to any other sharp facility except Rancho Bernardo. Worst experience!!

I have never in my life experienced the slower check-in for my X-ray today. Have spent an hour watching the receptionist actively typing, calling for help, asking me to come another time, and what not. After an hour standing with my post neurosurgical lumbar pain and still no progress. This is not acceptable at any provider and I am frankly surprised I have to say it about Sharp.

After auto accident request for MRI was supposed to be sent to Valley Radiology, waited 8 days to hear from Valley no contact, Called Valley with the number provided number was out of date and disconnected, Googled Valley for the correct phone number to find no order was ever sent. Called Sharp back to try to get the request sent. Finally got the request and appointment only to discover Sharp had sent the wrong information, requested scan was for wrong body part. Failure upon failure ...... :-( Still waiting for my MRI..... Well, despite their apologies... 6 days later now and still no request for MRI. Time to change health care providers... :-( but what do they care - reputation means nothing these days I guess....
