I have recently started working here at University Care Center and am pleased to say how amazing everyone is! I have not met such a friendly, supportive, and hardworking team! The staff here have been so attentive to not only other staff members but to the patients/residents as well and making the residents a priority! I definitely do not see myself leaving UCC anytime soon.

I came here for physical therapy and rehab after a really bad fall. The staff was amazing. It was a beautiful facility. They were in the process of putting new doors and patios, and the staff made it very comfortable for the patients as best they could. The nurses were awesome, all the staff was very cool. Kayleen who handled the billing processing, Bird one of the nurses was amazing and I wish I could remember everybodys names, because there was not one staff member that was not willing to take care of you. Im very grateful for everything they all did for me. I came in at a very difficult time. Big shout out to everyone there and a big thank you for everything they did for all of the patients. They handled every situation very professionally and took care of every patient no matter what the circumstances were. thank you for all the and management and just everybody the food was fabulous which is a lot to say when you go to other facilities and you cant say the same for them. Again, thank you everyone for making my stay as comfortable as it could be under the circumstances. To The PT, OT, and Speech Thearepy, you guys are awesome, I wasnt sure if I would be able to go home as quickly as I did without all of your work and helping me to be strong and push myself to do better. Thank you. God bless you all. I was able to get home to these three little ones, and you had pet therapy, which was great. I love that rooster lol

I have been a patient here at the facility for a month or so. I came here and have been receiving therapy but in my opinion you can get help with anything you need here. I can not talk enough about how lovely the staff here has been. I enjoy going to activities they hold and socializing with other residents. They even held a meeting to ask us what we liked and didn't like. We had a nice Easter celebration this last week. I like the food they serve here and there is a good variety. I was in another nursing home but the quality at UCC can't compare. The staff is always smiling and laughing, it is very healing for the residents. I am always awoken with a good morning and smile. The staff here always listens to my concerns and helps me when it is needed. The spirit here is what makes the difference!
