Staff is very respectful and respectable, they were quick and easy to work with. They had great attitudes and took pride towards there work and were open to help and understanding.great service!

My rating is specifically on this location. The NMCRS is amazing and helps sailors and their family with a LOT financially if they need it. They have helped us a lot. But personally Tracy has a rude and careless attitude whenever we have worked with her. We worked with another woman the first time we came here and she was great, but ever since then its been Tracy and she is rude and I think they need someone else in here who has empathy for what people are going through. We will be trying a different location next time that we need assistance. Tracy does not care and she makes it clear with her attitude towards people. Kind of like Ill help you because this is what I do, but I dont care about what youre going through and Im going to make this as inconvenient as possible.
