I've been going to Alta Nails for years and lately every time I go it's been worse and worse. I went recently for a full and 2 days later 3 nails popped off. I went in for a repair and was charged $20. Karla was so rude and did not say a word back to me after explaining the situation. I asked her to please fill the others to prevent them from falling off and she pushed my hand saying no, you don't need. I won't do. 5 days later and I'm here with just the 2 nails she repaired. 9 nails gone after 5 days of service. This place no longer has respect for the customer or its service. Do not recommend.

This last time I got a pedicure and the girl that did my pedicure, I gave her $30 and she took the money and didn't give me any change and took a $7 tip for herself. I think the basic pedicure was $23 dollars. Everyone has always given me change back so and then I give a tip.

Best nail shop Ive visited. Prices are reasonable and work is perfection. This will be the only nail shop I go to in San Diego.
