        Movers were very professional but it took 3 hours to move 2 mattresses and a couch. $800 for one way move and no indication of where the items are stored

        Clutter is a great company, makes moves super easy. Than they deliver after you have had them in storage as well. Fransisco and Nicolas were very professional and quick.

        Would not recommend this company. The workers who came to pick up and drop off my storage were all great and I have no complaints about them. The company itself has many issues. The website would not allow me to reschedule my storage drop-off over 4 days before the appointment, so I placed a support inquiry and the website stated someone would reach out to me over email within 24 hours. No one reached out, despite me calling numerous times. Finally, an hour before my appointment, I received a call back and was able to reschedule. The agent told me since I had inquired a few days ago, I was able to avoid their $200 cancellation fee. I had an appointment today as well. 3 days ago I had the same issue with trying to reschedule the appointment. No one reached out to me and I couldn't reach a real agent over the phone, so I just gave up and left the appointment as is. Their fees are way too expensive to deal with such poor customer service.
