Vickie is the true definition of above and beyond. My journey to purchase my dream home began in 06/2019 and the transaction did not close until 12/2019. I encountered issues from the seller's side that no one has control of beside the seller himself. Vickie went above and beyond, and it wasn't her position to do so but I was glad she did, to come up with strategies and plans to counter the seller in order to get the house to close. A normal buyer would have cancelled the contract and go look for another house. Vickie understood this was my dream home and helped me in keeping the low interest rate and get the seller and escrow to perform their duties. Vickie wasn't just a loan officer. She educated me in every step of the loan process and got me to prepare to counter whatever issue the seller presented. Vickie was always prepared and was in position to close the deal. Vickie has gained my trusts after this transaction and I am thankful and grateful for her assistance and Guild Mortgage for standing by my side until the end. I would not have been able to to buy this house, especially encountering an unusual circumstance.
