Ryan and his team were INCREDIBLE!! I knew it was going to be difficult to get a mortgage, but with my dogs...I couldnt rent anything and didnt have many other options. Ryan and his team were very personable, understanding, and professional. They listened to all of my needs, worries, and questions...and gave me HONEST answers to all of them. Thats invaluable when your life is in limbo and you need an honest answer to make decisions. I think they deserve more than 5 stars, but thats all Im allowed. I HIGHLY recommend them, and it wasnt an easy road for me. They stuck with me through the whole painful thing! Thanks Ryan and Lucine, you brightened up a dark patch in my life and Im excited for the next chapter!!!

I appreciate that Ryan brings vast majority of knowledge and expertise to the table. I've had clients who weren't sure if they'd be able to close on time. But Ryan worked hard and tirelessly to make sure everything was in line and ready for the closing from his end. He keeps open communication with the agent as well as the client.
