Loan officer Pat Larkin is overtly bigoted. See his comments on a LinkedIn thread below. If you're black he'll probably treat you with contempt and throw your mortgage application in the trash.

Took two months, bunch of paperwork and still waiting to hear back from them, eventhough we have our loan approved by another lender the community we were looking at needed these people to approved our loan. Horrible service. Waist of time. Zero call back. Do your selves a favor, find another mortgage company.

"Being first time home buyers, we were a little intimidated at first. Luckily we found Scott Evans and his team which made the process much easier than we had been anticipating. Any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. Want to thank Justin Clark with all his help made the process smooth.
