From start to finish with my mortgage process, Jessica was efficient, accommodating, informative and helped make the process as smooth as possible. Jessica was able to help navigate the volatile market to lock in the best rate possible. After my initial document submission, there were no other details needed as Jessica was able to work directly with the underwriters prior to finalizing the loan to ensure that all documents where in place helping us avoid a last minute scramble after we found our perfect home. Additionally, Jessica has remained in contact even after the loan finalized as she is genuinely interested in the best long term outcome for her clients.
