What can I say, if you have ever talked to Chase, you can tell he is 100% about you and your family, he is there every step of the way. Chase is highly productive, professional, very polite and authentic. He is very easy to work with as he always responds to my calls, texts and emails in a timely manner even though we are in different time zones. Most importantly, he is the one that finally helped us get our first home with a 30 year fixed mortgage (on time) after working with several loan officers in various locations. My former mortgage broker was only able to offer a 7.5% 7/1 ARM (due to Fannie Mae and Freddie Macs new guidelines on hurricane insurance coverage). I got cold feet about the purchase because I had been looking for a fixed loan term and didn't like the idea of taking the risks of an adjustable rate mortgage as a first time home buyer. Fortunately, a friend highly recommended Chase and he and his team successfully got me a 30 year fixed mortgage. Furthermore, he helped me secure a much lower rate of 6.5% (1% less) after I initially locked the rate. I was very impressed with the exceptional service he provided. If you are looking for someone who has your back - Chase is your guy. Every step of the way, at every single hour, Chase made himself available to us and carried us through the loan process. My husband and I are first time (first generation) home buyers, buying with a VA loan. We were referred to Chase through friends and family who could not speak more highly of him, so we got to know him and agreed he was our guy.
