He was extremely organized , efficient, and had strong communication with myself and my clients who were first time home buyers. He was very knowledgeable on all available programs, and was even able to guide myself and my clients through new territory with the SDHC.       I'm passionate about financing real estate and love helping people build wealth through homeownership. I started in mortgages in 1995 as an intern with a mortgage broker and have since worked in finance as a Banker, Accountant, Financial Planner and Realtor, before returning to mortgages in 2006. I was born in Fresno, central California then relocated to Pleasanton in Northern California. I now live in San Diego with my wife Karen.
