Alexander is so awesome! We never have any closing costs and the lender he uses has a very user friendly app that you can pull anything up in a second. Last week I was doing our taxes and called Alexander in a panic and he sent over what we needed right away! Come to find out it was all at my finger tips anyway through the app from tax statement, closing statements, escrow etc. We just refinanced our home again last year and he still checks in with us all the time to see how the family is doing and to say hi. He genuinely cares about all his clients

Alexander is fantastic in all respects. He worked tirelessly recently to help me stage my home for sale, and was very diligent and skillful in negotiations with what ended up being a harder sale than anticipated. He kept me informed constantly and was always there to answer my questions. Alexander is very knowledgeable in his field. He has now helped me both buy and sell, and I would recommend him across the board.

Alexander was a great agent. We have done many real estate transactions, and he was excellent in every regard. He kept in communication with us about every detail. He handled the entire sale process for us in San Diego long distance, since we live in Northern California, and many physical details came up with our property that he handled immediately and competently without hesitation. His judgment and information were just right, about pricing, market conditions and physical needs of our property.
