Horrible communication! Melissa Heil (San Diego) Melissa did great to communicate and made sure we were on the right track. My wife and I went on vacation during the week that we closed on our first home. (that was just the way it worked out) Communication before the close and before vacation became limited. Once we went on vacation, there was something that needed to be signed but there was an error. Melissa said that she would fix it. Since we got back (2 weeks) she has had no communication, no phone calls answered, emails, texts or updates on what the status is of our loan. Completely shut out!

First, a big THANKS! to Julie Boyd for yet again excellent service and support with our REFI. This last REFI marks the third real estate transaction Julie has assisted our family with and they have all been flawless. Julie is by profession a broker, but more of an advocate to us.
