Chad Baker's team at Crosscountry were phenominal to work with. We recently refinanced our home through them and not only got a great rate but were well assisted through everything with their team. Chad Baker and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process! This is the 5th different lender I have worked with over the years and they were by far the BEST. The team worked very quickly/efficiently and were very organized. They made sure all the correct documents were submitted and responded very quickly if I had any questions. They were available when I emailed, called, or texted. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a lender! I will definitely be doing repeat bushiness with them for years. Chad and his team made the home buying process so much easier than our previous experience. In a short conversation where we supplied him with the necessary information he was able to secure us a pre-approval letter within hours, so that we would not miss out on the opportunity to place an offer on a house earlier that day. Once our offer was accepted he and his entire team were a pleasure to work with and had great communication (even on the weekends). If anyone who was helping us coordinate was going to be out of the office, we would get an email notifying us and who would be in contact with us during that time if anything else came up or was needed. His team went above and beyond in figuring out how we could make it work comfortably, since we ended up buying a house months sooner than we originally planned. For any future home buying activities, I would gladly work with Chad and his team again.
