Worst service I have ever experienced. Cashier wasn't paying attention, clicked wrong button and got my transaction flagged for fraud. I told her she clicked the wrong button and she denied it. Phone number for help popped up on her screen and she says, "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do for you." I asked her about the number and she repeated she couldn't help. Then I called the number, she got upset and finally called the number on her side, turned her back on me and started talking to the guy on the phone. Finally got the fraud flag cleared, came to the same question she messed up on before, denied seeing it or clicking on it. Got thru that then she didn't want to update my address information. I explained to her this was a business transaction and I needed the correct information entered for tracking, especially if she had previously flagged it as fraud. Said she was afraid it would freeze her out again. Finally finish transaction, she never entered the recipient's tracking info besides his name so I have NO IDEA if it will even go thru. So incredibly unprofessional and she's a manager, so I can't even complain at the store. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
