I am are writing to highly recommend working with Phyllis Rogers in your home buying or selling process. My husband and I had the wonderful experience of both selling a home and buying a new home with Phyllis. She held my hand through all the many steps, a couple of set backs, and she even dried some tears as we sold the large home in which we had raised our children. It was an emotional journey. The best part of working with Phyllis was she also found us our next dream home in the neighborhood we had been admiring for over a year. This was no easy task as we search and search what the market had available. She stuck with us through the entire process. Phyllis is a really good listener and takes in what you are looking for in your next home and then she actually shows you homes that are what you desire. She never wasted our time taking us to homes or neighborhoods where we were not interested in buying. Phyllis will take care of you soup to nuts if you choose to purchase or sell a home with her.

Real estate transactions can be overwhelming. Phyllis and the SunLux team explained everything, asked us about what we needed, gave us great guidance and kept us in the loop the whole way. Results arent always the whole story, but we got fantastic results, too! Weve been on both sides of the deal now with them on our team each time and we couldnt be happier!! Can I give 10 stars?

I highly recommend Phyllis who was not only professional, but made the process fun! She was extraordinarily patient, I never felt rushed or pressured. She is very knowledgeable and was great at explaining all the steps and process so I felt very comfortable. She and her team are amazing!

Working with Phyllis Rogers and Barbara Pryor at SunLux Real Estate was one of the top 10 best decisions of my life. Let me explain: I love my condo. Phyllis and Barb knew I would love my condo too, and wanted the best for me within my budget. As a first-time home buyer, with very little knowledge, I was understandably a little nervous about the home buying experience. Phyllis and Barb were utterly warm, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, realistic, and/or comedic, depending on what the situation called for. Additionally, their combined previous experience as home assessors proved invaluable when estimating worth, and finally putting down an offerwhich was accepted!
