This is my 2nd home purchase through the Real Estate Supergirl. Khrystyna is very professional and makes the home-purchasing process as easy as possible. She makes herself available for any questions that we have along the way and makes sure her clients are always satisfied.

Khrystyna is truly a real estate supergirl! My wife and I have barely started thinking about looking around for a house to see if we can possibly buy our first real estate property, when a mutual friend introduced us to Khrystyna. We thought we will start looking around and maybe will be financially ready to purchase something in about 12-18 months. Little did we know, 2 months later we ended up with a 3 unit complex in downtown San Diego! Our lives were forever changed since not only we got our first home, but we also have financial stability from the income from the other units. Talk about life changing events! Khrystyna was immensely patient, ready to help us with any possible questions we had, not only during escrow but 10 months later with property tax questions as well. (Did I mention we were completely clueless about real estate?) The seller had not the best agent, the communication with them was very hard. But Khrystyna absolutely killed it by bothering the sellers until they got out first offer accepted! It was just a bit over the asking price, and in San Diego it is unheard of. Then during escrow she even got us $25k credit from sellers to repair existing damages! We literally have never heard of so much money being negotiated before. What an amazing experience! We would have never thought this was possible without our beloved real estate agent Khrystyna and all the people she recommended during the process. She will definitely be our one and only realtor for the rest of our lives. Would 100% recommend!

We met Khrystyna when we first moved to San Diego and were very impressed with her. Before choosing an agent, we went to a lot of open houses and tried to familiarize ourselves with the downtown condo market. We met a lot of real estate estate agents during that time, but it was clear that Khrystyna was the best agent for us. So when we were ready to start our condo search in earnest, we met with Khrystyna to go over what we were looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable about the downtown condo market and the process of buying a home. During the time that we were looking, there wasn't a lot coming on the market that fit our criteria, so it was easy to feel discouraged. Khrystyna was very supportive and got us showings right away whenever something came on the market that might work for us. When we finally found a place that we wanted to call home, she did a great job guiding us through the entire process. We had a lot of questions and she was quite responsive. We are very glad we hired Khrystyna as our agent.

Ive have known Khrystyna over 7 years and finally we was ready to use her as our agent to sell our house. She gave us clear and real information regarding real estate market at that time, provided professional photography for our home, always being responsive over the phone, e-mail since we are first time sellers we had lots of questions and she always was there for us during the process. She found clients who came to see our house before it went on market and they made an offer above asking price, she negotiated well ours and buyers requests where both parties was happy with sale/purchase. Khrystyna Chorna is Real Estate SuperGirl and now Broker. We are very happy with our choice of agent , she took all the stress and worrying, leaving us satisfied sellers! Would definitely use her services again or recommend to my friends and people I care about.
