Greg and Moreno were absolutely amazing at every step of the process. They were available all the time, communicated well, and made sure to never rush us, inform us of everything, and put in substantial effort to learn what our dream house is. They are both clearly very knowledgeable about the home buying process, the market, inspections, and everything else, and they were able to sweeten the deal on the home we wanted by making everything quick and effortless for the seller. They helped us get the finance and loan side of things, escrow, inspections, and everything else all taken care of, guided us through every step, and kept everything organized. I really appreciated how we weren't rushed or pushed in any way, and yet, if we needed them, they were always available. I know it's their job to be friendly, but they really went above and beyond, and I genuinely enjoyed working with them on a personal level as well.

Amazing Team! I was relocating to San Diego and working Greg was instrumental in finding our dream home and location for our family. Greg went above and beyond during my home buying process. He helped me narrow down the neighborhoods based on what I was looking for and he added the potential homes that fit the criteria. He showed me homes and discussed the pros and cons and took his time to explain to me the home buying process and showed me around the different areas. He went above and beyond and was very engaged from the first time we talked! I quickly had good home options and met Moreno during the offer process. Both are extremely experienced, knowledgeable and are advocates for their clients. I couldnt believe how fast I got an offer accepted and I couldnt have done it without their expertise. I highly recommend Greg and Moreno! They are the best in SD.

Greg Amat and Moreno Gombia were a dream to work with. My husband and I reside in the Bay Area, but grew up in Escondido. We were looking for a second home in Escondido to be able to visit family more often. From the beginning, Greg and Moreno listened to our needs, helped prioritize our requirements, showed us homes that fit our desires and also other homes that were a little outside our requirements. When we were in the Bay Area and saw a house that was open for viewing, Greg would FaceTime with us showing us around and recorded video so we could get a closer look. One house that we normally would not have looked at ended up being one we loved. We put an offer on one house, was accepted, but found a better home while in escrow. Greg was able to pivot quickly with late-night calls to expedite an offer on a home that truly met all of our needs. We put the offer in on a Monday night and it was accepted by 11am the next day! During escrow, we were able to sign everything electronically, which made it incredibly convenient being 500 miles away. They were present during home inspections when we couldnt be, and recorded videos of the inspector sharing his findings. On the day of the final walk-through, Greg generously provided lunch for me, my mom, and sister. Greg made the entire home-buying process painless and stress-free. He always made sure we were kept up-to-date on the latest information, shared referrals for any upgrades we wanted to do, and was present at the home when we couldnt be. Both Greg and Moreno are extremely reliable, caring, and genuine. I cant thank them enough!

My wife and I have had a phenomenal experience working with Greg and Moreno on our recent home purchase. As first time homebuyers and given the competitive San Diego real estate market, we were initially overwhelmed with the entire home buying process and what to expect. From day 1 Greg stepped in to thoroughly explain every step of the process and to navigate us to our ultimate dream home. Greg took the time to understand our specific style and preferences and was extremely proactive in helping to identify potential houses that met our criteria. He was extremely diligent throughout the entire process, and made himself available 24x7 for any questions via phone, text, email, or zoom - often replying within a matter of minutes. He gave us his honest opinion at all times and never once pressured us into any decisions. We will absolutely look to partner with Greg and Moreno in the future when it comes time to sell or purchase our second home!
