I chose Shannon as my Realtor for a number of reasons: 1) she has the perfect combination of youth and experience, meaning she is comfortable using newer real estate tools while knowing when and how to use them. 2) She is very personable and easy to work with, so there are no hiccups in communication-this has made getting tasks done much easier. 3) She genuinely cares about her clients, so she provides a sense of trust which is super important when dealing with real estate. Shannon is amazing to work with! My husband and I searched for our home for several months and Shannon was patient, kind, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, listened to what we needed/wanted and emphasized building a relationship with us. We lost money on our house in NJ so moving to San Diego where homes were much more expensive was very stressful. Shannon offered her perspective on the market, neighborhoods, commutes and really helped us make our final decision. We never heard from our previous realtor once we signed the sales contract and Shannon stayed with us every step of the way which was very important to us. We referred our daughter and future son-in-law to Shannon and they also had a great experience. We would highly recommend Shannon to anyone looking to buy a home in the greater San Diego area!

Shannon is the best realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She is gifted at managing the myriad of tasks required of an excellent real estate agent. Shannon helped my husband list, sell, and buy a house within weeks of each other. I'm still in awe at how she was able to communicate quickly and regularly, as well as get all the moving pieces in line with each other.
