When I set out to buy my first home, I was expecting something arduous, disappointing, and possibly fruitless. Living in a hot market, I knew that as an introductory buyer I was at a disadvantage. None of that mattered with Dan. From the outset, Dan made sure to brief me not only on the market conditions but also provided clear advice for how to best ensure success during our buying process, and what a brief, easy buying process it was as a result. I started looking in early July of 2023, and I closed at the end of that same month. Not only that, but: if you ask Google, it will tell you that about 47 - 55% of homes sold above asking in August of 2023. Because of Dan's guidance, negotiation, and responsiveness, not only did I close only a month after starting my search, but I also closed below asking with contingencies in place. I was in disbelief when he called me and asked me if I was ready to move into my new home. That success doesn't happen by accident: Dan is the kind of agent who stays on top of the process, handles any snags quickly and effectively, and provides excellent guidance during what is otherwise a very difficult process. Communication was seamless and instantaneous whenever an issue would arise, and as a result, there were no real issues. Dan managed to pull off an absolute hail Mary for me, and I can't wait to work with him again.

Dan was an awesome realtor to work with, and a huge part of helping me buy my first home! He was very flexible with me as the parameters of my home search changed throughout the home buying process. My work schedule can be difficult to work around, but Dan stayed in communication with me and I always felt like I was able to move at my pace. Once in contract, Dan helped me navigate a quick closing timeframe. I always felt like we were on top of things and I was informed of the next step. Dan was excellent! We purchased our home with his help and we knew selling it would go just as smooth. Dan is an expert in his field and gives great advice throughout the process. We live in Florida and were worrying about complications since we were selling our place in California. Dan made this a seamless transaction, going above and beyond to help us sell our unit. He was very diligent to make sure contractors completed the work we wanted, showing up to the unit early in the morning or late in the evening as was needed. Dan is a very kind and easy-going guy that fights for his clients. I can't recommend Dan Coppin enough to serve you with all your real-estate needs.

I STRONGLY recommend working with Dan as your realtor. Here are reasons why. 1. Dan sets very clear expectations, he doesn't make grand promises or blow smoke. He gives you an optimistic, realistic, and pessimistic view of what the market is and lets you decide what is right for your home, budget, etc. 2. Dan is wonderfully communicative. In my situation I literally couldn't be there in person. I live in Washington and was selling my home in San Diego. He worked with my renters to make sure they had an easy and friendly exit, he found the right contractors to clean up and prep my home. He did ALL the homework I couldn't do and at no time did I feel like I didn't know what was going on. 3. Dan CLEARLY knows his stuff. Plain and simple. He had a bead on the market in my neighborhood before we even got started. He still does all the work necessary to validate but it all came to pass exactly as he predicted. 4. Dan went in and personally checked every issue the buyer had, repaired all of them himself. He made sure everyone was happy with the deal. Most importantly, Dan got me much more than I was hoping for in selling my property. Astronomical results. I will absolutely work with Dan again.
