Liliana did an amazing job and was wonderful to work with! We needed to sell our condo to use as a downpayment on a new home purchase, so the timing needed to be just right. Liliana staged our place very well (photos were fantastic), and was very active with scheduling open houses. This hard work enabled us to sell for the right price in a short period of time. For our new home, she was excellent at negotiating with the sellers to ensure we received the appropriate credits and that the contingencies were removed in a timely fashion. Her experience, patience, and knowledge are greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!!
