I have been with this bank for over thirty years.  The customer service has gotten so bad.  I will be leaving this bank after thirty years because I have been waiting for over a month to get my new ATM card, but keep getting excuses from their staff. Since they won't give me an ATM card, maybe the next bank will.

I've been banking at UnionBank over 20-years. I started out in Pacific Beach, Moved to North Park 10-years ago and I've been at the branch on University ever since. I've found them to be professional, courteous and always take their time with me when I have any issue to discuss, they're always willing to help and are very engaged in the process.I'm very surprised to see a few one star reviews that has definitely not been my experience whatsoever and I highly recommend them, they really do care about their clientele.

I never had a problem with union bank before but today I was completely screwed over by them. I should have enough money in my bank account to feed my family but they keep coming up with excuses. one of the excuses is telling me that they charged me on Monday for stuff that I purchased over the weekend. Everything is posted in real time. I had two deposits that show in my account for Monday but they claimed I only had one. I feel like they were trying to convince me the sky was orange or something. No matter who I spoke to they kept coming up with excuses. They are terrible. Please don't bank with them. They take advantage of poor people.
