One of the worst experiences in terms of customer service. I used to shop here often because despite the horrible customer service the food is good. On Friday I went to buy a pot of coffee and added a bionic. When they delivered my order to me when I got in the car, I drank the coffee and it was lukewarm... more cold than hot. I went back and asked the girl if she could warm up my coffee since it was cold. The girl agreed with a good attitude and took the coffee to the back and started doing her job (filling and covering some buckets of strawberries and moving them from refrigerators). I waited about 5 minutes and she continued covering buckets and moving them. . Finally I asked her to please give me back my money for the coffee to which she responded: well I'm making sure your coffee is hot and I asked her to give me my money and she said yes of course yes. He took out a $5 bill and took it from a corner in a contemptuous way and I just took it and said thank you. When I turned around I told her: What a mediocre service you have and she very sarcastically told me thank you, have a nice day to which I responded thank you, anyway and as I got in and started my car she kept waving goodbye to me, like mocking I will NEVER buy or consume anything from there again. Whoever serves you there (based on my experience) has mediocre service.
