Awesome, To start the restaurant was extremely clean and kept that way while we were present. The staff wa awesome . Now the food was fantastic. The flavors were great, portions well above expectations. We walked out so happy.we would pass along Oscars name to anyone.

Oscar's never disappoints. This morning? Fish stew. Amazing portions and tastes... chef's kiss! This is a must stop San Diego dining spot, especially for seafood lovers!

The best fish tacos? Maybe! Wonderfully fried battered (snapper) fish. Perfectly cooked tender octopus and shrimp. The smoked fish is probably the most flavorful and must get taco flavor, also included in the especial taco. Tons of veggies and several sauces, along with free lime water. Service is cordial and fast, as fast as cooked to order can get. The atmosphere is cozy and casual. Parking: Street parking can be hard to find

Most fish tacos have you curled up on the toilet praying to whatever god you believe in the day after, these one have you coming back for more. Melting in your mouth with sauces that just dont stop.
