El Pollo Loco

Awful service they have in the menu 2 meals pretty much the same (family fiesta, cheaper with more food, another family meal 8 pieces, more expensive and less food) they charged me the second one and when I realized it and just asked to have the family fiesta at the same price With no money back. They refuse. In my opinion the staff play a lot on this.never had this in other Pollo loco beforesuggest avoid just this location.

Covid killed EL POLLO LOCO! Sad! The food was NOT FRESH! I was informed they are never bringing back their signature fixins bar. And how in the living hell does a "mexican street taco" spot not have ANY LIMES? WTH? The service here was abysmal, as was the atmosphere and the bathrooms, filthy. It's no wonder, on a busy sunny Saturday afternoon, this place was empty! The outside seating ONLY had diners from the VERY BUSY In-N-Out next door. Stay away.

I had the worst service from the manager at this location. I asked for 8 green salsa with a family meal which serves 4 people. Which divides to 2 per person and I got denied by the manager so had to asked twice and she gave me the look and gave me the salsa. Ordered using a mobile app and put 4 utensils with the order ended up getting 2 forks, 1 knife, and a spoon.

Nachos were sad! Mostly just chips at the bottoms with some chicken beans and cheese on top! Waist of my money honestly!
