Chipotle Mexican Grill

Visiting here from out of town. The Marriott hotel we're at doesn't have dining options so we turned to Door Dash to order from this Chipotle. Our order was incorrect and the restaurant only gave the driver 1 of the 2 bags for our order. Once he arrived it was noted; however there was nothing he could do as the restaurant was then closed. I contacted the restaurant and got a voicemail box, even though according to the website the store closes at 10 and it was only 9:30. I had no recourse other than getting a refund from Door Dash and then having to place another order and wait til after 10 to get food from elsewhere. Glad I don't live in this area...would definitely not do business with this Chipotle.

Worst location with RUDE employees. I went in to pick up my order around 8pm and one guy who worked there was so creepy and angry looking. My food was so full of salsa juice that the contrainer leaked through the bottom. This location went from being outstanding to garbage. Might as well get Tacobell.

We found that rice is generally quite undercooked, this happened twice and we had to make a trip to chipotle at carmel mountain!

Ordered from here multiple times unfortunately order is always missing something and food is cold they dont take care of how they package things. This is last nights order I got 3 tacos and this is how I got it. I live 6 minutes away its not like it was sitting for a while. I had to eat it eat it with a fork.

Firstly chipotle needs to bring TASTE to their food...I'm not a fan really unless someone is starving...and it's EXPENSIVE...get a bag of rice... tortillas from Costco...fresh veggies...add spices and there you go. 1/10 th of a price and freshest stuff... Just my personal opinion...chipotle fans DON'T mind
