Kim spread my personal information throughout the interdisciplinary team for no good reason other than to gossip. Very disappointed. This could be a lawsuit for violation of hippa if information spreads more.

I love this place so when I saw it had 1.7 stars I was kind of shocked. Its a great place until I just now called in the front desk is I dont know whats going on with it but theyre not on their game and its very annoying. Just got Mustafa no a kind or welcoming tone. When he dd answer the phone. I introduce myself, thanked him for taking the call and asked his name. He proceeded to ask my name three more times and was kind of rude so I just hung up.

I've been with family health center 2 years and 6 months and been pretty miserable with them all I've gotten is a bus pass the entire time. Medical Care was so poor I switch to UCSD and couldn't be happier. I called to get an appointment cuz I needed three referrals that I was told only family health center could provide, and upon calling family health center was told by my case manager Ruby. Because I didn't go to an appointment at a monthly and because my medical wasn't there I wasn't eligible for services. That was no longer client. This is why people are frustrated. I've gone there all this time and haven't gotten anything accept bus pass. And a dental referral. I've never been happy with the mixed messages and the excuses family health center has made to me and everyone I know that is gone the family health center for help. It is unbelievable haven't been in a wheelchair for two years and actually be improving get to be turned away. And they wonder why people are unhappy and act out.. I have so little at my age it really hurts when and all you have done is work at improving and instead of getting help family health center brushed you off Really frustrating.
