This is our favorite restaurant in this shopping center! The food is consistently tasty, with generous portions. Service was polite and we got our food quickly.

Terrible experience with this place. Ordered online using door dash deliver. The wait time they said to be 45 minutes, delivery at 9:02. At 9:26 the delivery status showed in route, and time updated to 9:45! I texted back on the door dashs chat asking for an update. 2 minutes later I get a text back that my order is cancelled.
Do you even care that you leave customers hungry with absolutely no alternative?

Great Mediterranean and Persian food. Great service with a smile. The majority of the visitors
seem to be regular people as I keep seeing them off and on. It could also be that the place is so good that most of its business comes from repeat customers, including me!
Plates are very large and beautifully done. They also have family style serving trays that i had seen before in Morocco. Jasmine rice dishes are fantastic here.

The food and dining experience at Panini Kabob is consistently good. The chicken kabob is a perennial favorite - I usually go to the Woodlands Hills location, but when I was in San Diego last weekend the food was tasty and delicious as always. Panini Kabob never disappoints!

The koobideh kabob is always under cooked they need to adjust their grill since the bottom part of the koobideh is cooked well but most part is not
