I went to see Dr Lan for hormone replacement therapy. She listened to what my health goals were and explained everything in detailed and did not try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I am looking forward to having others services there!

I went to Daily Glow for two treatments. Chin tightening (contouring) and hair removal on my back. Leo was great and I am very happy with the results. The Spa is located across the street from channel 5s TV studios. Plenty of parking. The spa is very nice and super clean. Highly recommend. Services: Laser hair removal, Body contouring

I had heard of body optimization but didnt know what it truly meant until visiting Dr Lan. I was definitely hesitant at first because there is so much misinformation floating around and its hard to know what is fact or fiction. The before picture from October was a snapshot of how far I could get on my own with the information I had. It was the best I had looked in a long time. What I didnt know is that my body wasnt healthy inside. I was vitamin deficient with high cholesterol. Also had lots of visceral fat built up around my organs which gave me a bloated look and feeling. After 4 months of being optimized and monitored by Dr Lan, she was able to get my cholesterol to normal levels. The visceral fat all but disappeared leaving me with real definition in my abs. My energy and endurance went through the roof. I dont need caffeine throughout the day like before. The best part is, I feel at least 5 years younger! Dr Lan was very straight forward in letting me know what is possible when it comes to next level goal setting. Im extremely impressed with her attention to detail. Its obvious she has a genuine love for improving the lives of others and I highly recommend taking some time to meet with her to improve your life too! Thank you so much Dr Lan!
