Good luck ever getting help over the phone despite leaving numerous high priority messages. They are impossible to reach directly even when they ask you to call them back, you have to call a useless call center first then they will relay a message at some point, then you gotta wait a few hours to a day to hear back.

Dr Jacob rushes through appointments without doing a thorough inspection. Misdiagnosed ringworm for an autoimmune disease GA and said we could do a biopsy but I am 99% its GA after 4 visits a simple case of ringworm was mistreated and spread throughout my body. After coming to the conclusion it was fungal rather than autoimmune instead of taking accountability he told me that I refused the biopsy. 5 months later I wish I went somewhere else to start, could have saved a lot of money and stressful nights.

This clinic overcharges a ton!!! They charged me $500 just for walk in, not including lab or test. Most clinics only charge $200 for similar services. People there are rude and the doctor rushed to finish appointments while charging $500. This clinic should have not been there. Ridiculous.

Great experience with the Scripps Clinic at Liberty Station. Got me in quickly for an appointment, were very friendly, and Minh was very patient-focused during my visit. Also visited the Mission Valley location and they were super helpful also.
