Can't get test results posted to patient portal. Ultra Sound tests not available after three weeks. Blood work and urine analysis are not available after one week. You get no response to inquires on the portal messaging platform. Can't get results and can't get answers. Horrible to deal with.

They follow up with you by phone/email, and have always been responsive to requests in a timely matter. Appointments are seen on time without having to wait much, and all staff are respectful. Theyre not a big fancy hospital, they are a smaller clinic, so the facilities are older/minimal though always clean and well-equipped for primary care visits. They are busy but also efficient without making the appointment feel rushed. Truly a gem, exemplary care!

I have a little argument with the dental receptionist because she is not comprehending to what I want for the appointment so I asked to speak to someone who can understand me and Dr. Lily the dentist to talk to me and while she was talking I interrupt because I dont agree with what she is telling me and she made a comment that she heard a lot about me which i was shocked. Instead of apologizing because the receptionist is rude she assume that Im in fault. Anyway I can see they she is biased. After that everytime that I go there they gave me a hard time. Then this 1st week of November my pharmacy advise me that my medication (metformin) needs to be approve by my doctor. My doctor was on vacation so I know that someone will be helping with his patients. So I called and told them about my meds and I told Mindy and Joshua that I am out so if they can relay the message to the physician assistant which her name is Linda, she did not give me a phone appointment instead he told Joshua to tell me that I have to wait for doctor Luan. So she is very incompetent and dont know how to make decision or at least call the doctor what is the deal with my medication instead she choice not to approve my medication. I need the metformin for my sugar, I am a pre diabetic. I think I have to go further with this. Doctors swear to help with their patients but instead they give us a hard time because I speak for myself. They need to send their staff to training so they will have a good customer service. They dont even smile. Now I am looking for a good clinic that will have good staff, who knows how to smile and who knows how to deal with their patients. And doctors who have empathy and not biased. I hope people who go there will wake up and see how bad it is.

Terrible provider! It's super difficult to reach. Difficult to follow-up! I had a ultra sound ordered that they couldn't order it correctly! After calling them 4 times and telling me it's been fixed! It wasn't fixed!! Also had a thephone appointment! They called me 1 hour after the appointment with no heads up or anything, I kept calling to see what's going on and the only answer I was getting was we can't reach the front desk to see what's going on! Obviously I couldnt make the appointment after 1 hour not knowing whats happening! Obviously I couldnt make the appointment as I had to go back to work! And they called and say YOU MISSED the appointment!!! Trust me if you work with any provider is so much better than working with Herald Christian Health Center
