I had the worse experience of my life in this facility. I went I. For a severe toothache, doctor Phillip Johnson avoided my affected tooth and focused on other teeth that will cost more . After paying for e rays and and informed him that I want to pay for the filling that is causing me the pain. He refused to treat me , and didnt even prescribe me any type of antibiotics. I have no idea what was his motive. I really felt humiliated and disrespected by the doctor , and instead of getting some relief . I went back home with the same pain and humiliation and disrespect . Wolves in sheeps clothing. I was receiving treatment here for several months, had one month where I ran out a week early and made attempts to call my provider. She wasn't responding, so I left messeges via voicemail and the portal which she didn't respond to. When I finally got ahold of her she said she wouldn't help, I expressed my frustration and confusion but used no profanity or vulgarity. My mom, who is authorized to make inquiries on my behalf, called as well to communicate the urgency. When I was accross the street recieving unrelated treatment I stopped by to check in and leave a message, I was met with stone faces and cold shoulders. Not long after, I was having a nice day when I recieved a call from an intense legal lady whom stated she was calling about my "aggressive and threatening behavoir." I was taken aback, as I had exhibited no such behavior, but proceeded. What followed was a bombardment of extreme accusations under the guise of legal agreements which I was forced to accept if I wanted to recieve essential treament. The urgency with which I communicated the need for a refil was branded as threatening, as was my stopping by to leave a message. The fact that my mother called was branded as harassment. I may have been stressed, understandbily for lack of medication, but I never yelled, was rude, or made any threats. None the less, if I wanted to keep my appointments/care, I had to accept these accusations against my character and accept their terms. The indignancy of it all cannot be properly expressed. The stipulations gave that I couldn't call their office unsless it was for an appointment I had that day, I couldn't have any family memebers call on my behalf despite their being authorized. If I said anything that could be seen as dissenting and therefore rude, my treatment would be terminated immidiately. I couldn't stop by the office regardless of my demeanor unless it was for a visit. I had to submit to urine tests and essentially being treated as a criminal. I was being boxed out, as my psychiatrist, whom I was under the impression was trained to handle stress and stress related affairs, must have felt crossed from a reactionary and irrational disposition. Since then seeking treatment through this facility has been sabotaged from the inside to a degree which merrits investigation from the california medical board. I am simply baffled as to why a health organization would conduct themselves this way. It's a shame our healthcare system allows for businesses with the expressed intention of medical well being to go on unchecked. Avoid this place at all costs, they will betray you.

This is a nice place, the only problem is the therapist constantly quit and there is a high turnover rate. You can't get to know a therapist, because by the time you start to feel comfortable they quite and assign you to someone else. It is a pattern at this clinic.

This place gib me good treatment for Covid they gib me the antibodies and the next day I fill good
