Cassie is fantastic. I get pain in my hip and glute and she really works the pain out. I have been able to stretch way further in yoga since I have been seeing her. She is amazing!

Oh sweet relief! I have been in agonizing leg pain for the last 6 months. I had an hour deep tissue massage from Cassie today and the results have been miraculous! I can stand again without crippling pain in my leg. I have been to an orthopedic, gotten an MRI and had p/t prior with no pain relief. Anti inflammatory meds were temporary relief which brought on digestive upset. This has been money well spent. Thank you Cassie! You are an angel.

Cassie always does an amazing job and goes above and beyond to really ensure youre leaving feeling relieved, relaxed & rejuvenated! I have been going to Cassie the past year and a half and even though my problem areas are mostly around my neck and shoulders, she customizes every session and checks in to see if there are other specific areas that need to be addressed. Even if I dont always know of my tight areas, believe me, she will find it! Her combination of technique and deep understanding of muscular anatomy is what really elevates her services from others. She truly is one of greatest therapists and I cannot recommend her enough!!!
